Frequently Asked Questions

My match is scheduled, but my team nor my opponents can play at the scheduled time, what can we do?

If BOTH teams are unable to make the match date and time specified on the schedule, both teams will need to open a support ticket. Pending an admin’s approval, both will teams will be permitted to reschedule to a date and time within 28 hours of the original match date. However, the match must be played on one of the team’s private server, to be agreed upon by both teams. Remember, the match score must be reported via My Matches within 28 hours of the originally scheduled match. If the score is not reported, both teams will be subject to a double forfeit and removal from the tournament.

If one team is present at the scheduled match time, and their opponents are not, the team that showed up will be awarded a forfeit win.

I see that I need to enter my GUID into my profile, but what is it and how do I find it?

The GUID is a unique combination of numbers and letters assigned to each copy of COD4. We require you to input your specific GUID into your profile to allow us to authenticate you during the tournament. To find your GUID, simply download PunkBuster (www.punkbuster.com), and join a COD4 server that has PunkBuster enabled. After joining, follow these steps:

  • Open up Call of Duty 4 with PunkBuster running & join a server

  • Type the following into console: /pb_plist
